How to Make a Return

    • 1. Simply include a copy of your packing slip or invoice (click on “View Order History” to select the applicable invoice) with your return and provide us the following information:
  • Part #/quantity being returned.
  • Reason for return. If your product is defective, please call our Technical Support Team to obtain a Return Authorization # at 800-338-0531.
  • Custom cut cable/wire, carpet, grill cloth, and tubing (samples are available upon request in order to evaluate for proper application. Shipping charges apply.)
  • Let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.
  • Daytime phone # where we can contact you in the event further information is needed to complete your refund/exchange.

Most returns processed in 3-4 business days.
