ESPECIALLY YOURS EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached (including unopened wet products) per the guidelines below.

WIG EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
EXCHANGES: Wigs may be exchanged within 45 days*. Exchanged wig(s) will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges. WIGSHOP® styles may be returned for exchange ONLY. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® return label included with your package, a fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your exchange.

RETURNS: Wigs returned within 30 days* will receive a full refund, excluding shipping/processing fees. Wigs returned within 31-45 days* will receive a full refund, minus a $19 restocking fee (per item) and shipping/processing fees. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® return label included with your package, a fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your return.

APPAREL EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
EXCHANGES: Apparel may be exchanged within 45 days*. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® return label included with your package, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your exchange.

RETURNS: Apparel returned within 45 days* will receive a full refund, excluding shipping and processing fees. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® return label included with your package, a fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your return.

Restrictions:

  • All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition or without original packaging (including hair nets, all tags, and inserts) WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • ALL clearance items may be returned within 45 days* for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY. Clearance wigs returned after 30 days* will also incur a $19 restocking fee per item. Merchandise credits are redeemable by phone only at 1-800-748-6910.
  • Items returned after the specified time frames WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
  • Wig accessories, such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings, are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.

Please Note:
Customers who don’t accept delivery of their order will incur a $19 restocking fee. Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 3 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 days to process. Qualified refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Merchandise credits are redeemable by phone only at 1-800-748-6910. Please keep all shipping receipts and tracking information.

ITEMS LABELED AS “DROP SHIP”

 

Drop Ship Exchanges & Returns

Drop ship items may be exchanged or returned within 21 days*. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® return label included with your package, the following amount will be deducted: $8.95 for wigs, $9.95 for clothing (U.S. orders only).

Drop ship items exchanged within the time frame outlined above will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges. All exchanges must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number. Failure to supply the Exchange Authorization Number will incur a 20% restocking fee.

To complete an exchange:

  1. Fill out the online Exchange Authorization Form. If the exchange request is accepted, you will be contacted via email with an Exchange Authorization Number.
  2. Write the provided Exchange Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of your package and on the Merchandise Exchange/Return Form.
  3. Ship your exchange back to us.
