When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Soludos at lightning speed, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

Can I return my order from outside of the US?

Of course! If you don’t love you Soludos, you can return them back to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

How do I return an item?

Please email us with your order number at help@soludos.com to get started on your return. We will provide you with a return address and RMA form to include in your package that contains your order information so we can credit you upon receipt of your return. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.
