How can I make returns or exchanges?

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Returns may be sent to our Customer Service Center, or you may take your return to any of our retail stores in the U.S.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.

What is the return policy for bridal registry gifts purchased online?

The return policy for items purchased online is the same for items purchased at a retail store. All Tiffany returns will adhere to our current Tiffany return policy. Should a bride wish to return a gift, Tiffany & Co. is happy to exchange it for merchandise or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Simply place the gift in its original packaging with the receipt (if available) and bring it to the nearest Tiffany retail store. If the bride does not live near a Tiffany & Co. retail store, she may ship the items to: Tiffany & Co., ATTN: Returns Dept., 15 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, NJ 07054

May I return an engraved item?

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned to Tiffany & Co.
