We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.
Refunds for items returned within ninety days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than ninety days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.
Unfortunately, you cannot return merchandise bought through Victoria’s Secret Catalogue or VictoriasSecret.com at Victoria’s Secret Stores.
How to Return/Exchange
If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable return and exchange form is available.
Please fill out the Return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for your return or exchange by using the codes listed on your invoice. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form as well.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred.
Pre-address Return Labels
Returns and Exchanges are now easier than ever. You now have the option of returning items from your mailbox if within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using our pre-paid label:
Step 1
Place your items and completed Return/Exchange form in a secure package removing or covering any labels.
Step 2
Attach the $5.99 pre-paid shipping label for the carrier of your choice:

Now you can send your package back by placing it in your mailbox or dropping it off at the Post Office.
UPS LABEL
Give the package to a UPS driver or take to a UPS drop-off location. You may also access UPS.com to locate your nearest drop off location.
When you choose our pre-paid label option, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund for return Shipping & Handling costs.
Only returns from within the United States can utilize the pre-paid return label. If you are returning from outside the U.S. or choose not to use the pre-paid return label, please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the appropriate address below. If you do not use the pre-paid return label, you will not incur the $5.99 return fee.

Victoria Secret wants government issued id to return items and keeps an electronic record of your government issued id information! I went to return a couple of items and provided my receipt and the same credit card which also has a picture in back of the credit card. VS would not accept the return unless I produced a government issued id. VS did not ask for id when I went to make a purchase yet they want id to make a return?! VS and/or any vendor should not be keeping any government issued information on file. Have they ever heard of something called hackers?!! Identity theft?! Will never buy from VS ever again!
Actually not even 1 star! I wish there was a way to put a negative star!! This policy is ridiculous!!!! I opened a charge at the local store, spent $450.00. Had to bring back unworn, tags still on, $291.00 worth back. I paid off the new credit card immediately with the associate with cash. Upon bringing the items I didn't need, I could not get my cash back only a LARGE credit back on the newly opened credit card, that I paid off immediately with cash. SCAM FOR SURE! You certainly aren't going to get any more of my business at ALL after I use my credit up over the next year!!!! I have a very limited income and won't use a 291.00 credit very fast at all! I needed my cash back. No help at all in store or corporate. I will not shop there ever again after my credit is used up and believe me.....I'm telling everyone I know of how horrible your customer service is and how your people really DO NOT CARE to make an exception for anyone! I should have shopped at KOHLS they know how to treat a person! They would have given me cash from a paid out! My mother works there. Can I say any more but YUCK YUCK YUCK very unsatisfied!!
I bought 2 bras, and upon trying one on again at home a few days later, I decided it was going to be too uncomfortable to wear. I returned the bra to the same store where I had gotten it. The employee who processed the return was very quick, and made natural conversation as she worked. She asked me why I was returning the bra, and I gave her some honest feedback on it. She seemed genuinely interested, and was very receptive to the idea that it just hadn’t worked out for me. The money went back on my credit card very quickly. Overall, I was very happy, both with the shopping experience and with the returning experience!
