Our aim is to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please follow the procedures listed below to ensure a prompt replacement, refund or credit. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price.

 Return/Exchange Policy

It is important to us that your shopping experience be pressure free. At Vision in Style our FREE return policy lets customers shop with confidence. within 7 days of receipt of item(s). It may be returned FREE of restocking fees, excluding shipping fees. Only after 7 days of the time of arrival will a 20% restocking fee be the responsibility of the customer.

We are pleased to offer a free one-time exchange policy, excluding shipping fees. Item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of item(s).

Prescription lenses are customized items therefore cannot be returned. If we made an error, we will gladly replace the lenses at no cost. However, if you wish to change your order to a different frame, color or size within 30 days of receipt of item(s), we will honor a one-time remake of the same lens at a 50% discount.

 Contact Lenses Return Policy

Sealed boxes of contact lenses may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will apply to the return or exchange of contacts.

Opened boxes of contacts cannot be refunded or exchanged.
