Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the item page.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can arrange for your exchange or refund. We are here to help! If you have any questions about your order, please send us your request with your order id by email at any time!

30 Days Returns Guarantee

Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please apply an after-sale service or email us immediately.

How to reach us:

For personal reason, please apply an After-sale service on Yoins account or contact our customer service and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order ID and SKU product number.

For defective incorrect or not as described item(s), please send us a clear picture of the problem and then we will give you solutions.

Return steps:

① Apply after-sale service first. Please refer to [return application].

② Pack your parcel and ship it according to the guide.

③ Get a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receiving item(s) except the Non-Returnable items. If you have received defective or damaged, wrong size or wrong product, please email us immediately.

On Yoins’ duty:

  1. Yoins will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, broken, defective, soiled or wrong items, incorrect size(size mismatch exceeds 3cm/1.5 inch) and wrong color items.

Please send us a clear picture of the problem, after confirming it is our fault, we will arrange a refund of product price or exchange the item to customers.

On customer’s duty:

  1. Incorrect order (size of the item):

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also manage return/exchange for them.

  1. Unwanted or unsatisfied items:

If the customers decide that they no longer want the item, they can apply a return for refund or exchange. Please note the items should be on brand new items, unworn, unwashed and unused if customers need to return to us.

Note: On customer’s duty, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee and then we can arrange an exchange or refund(not include the original shipping fee).

Non- returnable items:

We will not accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Items out of the 30 days warranty time-limit.
  2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
  3. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchange on Accessories, Jewelry, Earrings, Lingerie, Bodysuits, Underwear, Sleepwear, Swimwear, Beachwear, Sports bra unless the items are visibly defective.

Note:

  1. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and put in the original packages with the correct bar-code.
  2. Any pair of shoes returned to Yoins shall not be worn and must be returned in their original box too.
  3. Please only return the items which have been approved by our customer service team, and avoid to return more items or fewer items before providing the new return information to us.
  4. If you want to return the items of several orders in one parcel, pleaseprint out the attachment of the return label for all the returned orders, and then put them into the return package.

For United states and Australian customers, besides attaching the prepaid return label on the outside package, the prepaid return labels of the other orders also need to be put into the package.

If the above requirement can not be met, the refund or exchange can not be operated smoothly.

Return Application

For Yoins registered users, we provide after-sale service within 30 days after delivery for RETURNABLE ITEMS. ( Please refer [RETURN CONDITIONS] )

Please apply after-sale service when you need to return, exchange or you have any product problems in the account center as the following guideline.

Note: The photo to show the problems should be distinct to see the problem. It will help us provide a suitable solution for you and improve our service and quality.

Return Address

Customers can contact Yoins to apply return within 30 days from the date of received item(s) except the Non-Returnable items.

For return address, Yoins offers 5 warehouses to return items. Once the return application was approved by Yoins, an email with return address and return instruction will be sent to your registered email of Yoins.

For United States customers, we are happy to announce that you can apply free return with prepaid shipping labels.

For Canada customers, you can return the parcel to Yoins US warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Yoins sent wrong or defective items.

For United Kingdom customers, from October 26th, 2018, you can return the parcel to Yoins UK warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Yoins sent wrong or defective items.

For European customers(except UK customers), from Nov. 8th, 2018, you can return the parcel to Yoins France warehouse, but please note that the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Yoins sent wrong or defective items.

For Australian customers, from August 27th, 2019, you can enjoy the free return with the prepaid shipping labels to Yoins Australian warehouse.

For other countries’ customers, you will still need to return parcel to Yoins’s warehouse in China. Please note the customers shall bear the return shipping fee once return happened except that Yoins sent wrong or defective items.

As International orders have a different return process so please contact us via email before start a return. Our representative of the customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

We recommend that all returns could be sent via a trackable shipping. Keep the Return Tracking Number and return receipt to ensure that the package will be returned to our warehouse. Yoins.com does not accept C.O.D.(Cash on delivery) return.

Notes:

1. Before you return any items, please contacts us firstly so we could assist you and provide the return instruction.

2. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with all of the bar-code tags intact. All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and put in the original packages with the correct bar-code.

3. Any pair of shoes returned to Yoins shall not be worn and must be returned in their original box too.

4. Please only return the items which have been approved by our customer service team, and avoid to return more items or fewer items before providing the new return information to us.

5. If you want to return the items of several orders in one parcel, please print out the attachment of the return label for all the returned orders, and then put them into the return package.

Refund

Arrange refund:

1. The amount is US$100 or less — After we confirm that the parcel was returned as our request, we will arrange a refund for you within 48 hours.

2. The amount is US$101 or more — We will record your return information firstly. After we received the parcel, we will arrange a refund for you within 48 hours.

Refund time and attention:

1. Refund will be transferred to the original account.

2. Refund arrival time:

For the credit card refunds, it takes 7-14 business days for the transaction to be processed.

For the PayPal refunds or other payment methods, it takes up to 72 hours for the transaction to be processed.
