We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund.
- All items must be in their original condition.
- We cannot accept returns of personalized merchandise except in cases of damage or defect.
- It is acceptable to return an item with the shrink-wrap removed, as long as the item has not been written in or damaged.
- All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to insure that they are not creased or otherwise damaged in the return shipment.
- You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price minus original shipping charges.
- If you chose to use our convenient, SmartLabel® service, an additional flat rate return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. (US addresses only)
