CowBoom Returns
At CowBoom.com we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Any product we sell can be returned for a refund within 15 days of receipt.
Basic Criteria
All items returned must include the following:
- Same product (matching model and serial number) in same condition as purchased.
- Any retail packaging and accessories received with the item must be returned (cables, manuals, instructions booklets, warranty information, etc).
- A valid CowBoom RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be on the shipping label.
- Items must be shipped back within 15 days of the original delivery date.
- Items returned must use our carrier (and shipping label) to qualify for free return shipping.
- Items returned more than 15 days after original delivery date will be denied a refund.
- Returned items that are damaged in transit as a result of improper of insufficient packaging will be denied. Be sure to package your return properly!
- Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to be processed after the receipt of your RMA. It may take even longer to receive your funds depending on the policies of your bank, credit card , or other source of funds.
