COZBEST.COM online shop do sell based on their excellent designs and proven reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. Also we have a QA team to test your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. But you do need to confirm your dress size carefully before buying (a size measurement will be show below each items).

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from COZBEST.COM, you can return or exchange your items within 30 daysfrom the delivered date.
Request:
a. Items received within 30 days from the delivered date.
b. Items received unused(without the smell of perfume), not in damaged or worn condition.
c. Tights, socks, jewelries and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange.
d. Items received in original packaging.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase from COZBEST.COM. You can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date of purchase. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to mail us service@cozbest.com to ask for the RMA(Return Material Authorization) number and then fill in our return form in your package (if lost it, you can go to our website to download the form) and send it back with your return package.
Return or exchange without RMA number will not be accepted.
Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
