We are confident that you will love your SureFlap product(s) which is why we have created our 30 Day Happiness Guarantee.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, and you bought your SureFlap product directly from SureFlap Ltd (either via our website or over the phone), you can return your unused item(s) within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for it.
We reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are defective.
If you wish to return an unused SureFlap product purchased from another sales outlet, please contact the company from which you purchased the item to enquire about returning the item to them directly. We can only accept the return of used items, or items purchased via other sales outlets if they are defective.
If your SureFlap product has developed a fault, we will do everything we can to diagnose the problem and supply you with a suitable solution or replacement.
