Amy O. gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise purchased online. Please email service@amyojewelry.com for a return authorization number. Please type in ” Return item for RA #” in the subject box. If you do not obtain a RA #, your package will be refused.
Please pack your return items carefully. If possible, return them in their original packaging. Be extra careful if your item is embellished with rhinestones. You will not receive a refund if items are returned damaged due to poor packaging.
Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the tags have been cut off the item will NOT be accepted. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.
Items returned in the original condition will receive a full refund within 21 days of the invoice date. You can return an item for up to 30 days for credit or exchange.
