At AllDayParts.com, we are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. What’s more, we will never charge you a re-stocking fee. Within 30 days of your purchase, you may return products that:

  • Are defective
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at 1-800-685-6931 or support@alldayparts.com to obtain a return authorization and shipping label.
  2. Package the item and make sure to indicate your return authorization or order number on the outside of the box.
  3. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at the appropriate shipping outlet.

Refunds

  • Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the item(s), and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued.
  • All applicable sales taxes will be refunded.
  • The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return is a result of a defective product or our error.
  • The cost of return shipping will be paid for by AllDayParts only in those instances that the return was a result of a defective product, or our error.  Otherwise, the return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund that you receive.
  • C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to AllDayParts.com or not purchased from AllDayParts.com will not be processed or accepted.

Labor

We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.

Additional Information Regarding Core Returns

If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please contact us at 1-800-685-6931 or support@alldayparts.com to obtain a shipping label.

In addition, to be eligible as a core return, the following must apply:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core.
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed.
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you.
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able.
  • Core return shipping charges will be deducted from the core return credit you receive.

Damaged Products

If your product was received damaged, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-685-6931 or support@alldayparts.com and we will work with you to exchange or replace the affected parts.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Day Parts guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please contact us and we will make sure you are taken care of.
