How It Works

The JomaDeals.com concept is easy and fun. Each day, at 12:00 AM sharp, we will list a new item at a highly reduced price. That item will carry the “deal” for 24 hours, until midnight. However, the quantity is limited and we’ll operate on first-come/first-serve basis. So, be ready and seize the opportunity.

Privacy policies

Your comfort, security and confidence are our utmost concern. All transactions are digitally encrypted using the latest technologies. We will never share or sell your information to anyone.

Order Processing

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. If there are any discrepancies with your order please contact JomaDeals.com as soon as possible to correct the issue. Orders received prior to 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed within the same business day provided that the goods are in stock and customer identification is verified. After hour, weekend, and holiday orders will be processed the next business day. Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order will not be charged until it ships out of our warehouse. Please make sure that your billing information submitted toJomaDeals.com corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. Billing and identity information submitted to JomaDeals.com that is inaccurate will delay the shipment of your order.

Sales Tax

All items shipped within the state of New York only will be charged applicable New York State sales tax. Sales tax is not applicable on orders shipped anywhere outside of New York State.

Our Watches Are Authentic

JomaDeals.com purchases goods via authorized dealers and JomaDeals.com will warranty watches purchased from our website. We buy all of our products from authorized dealers, and respected industry wholesalers/distributors; therefore we have no pricing restrictions. In turn, we pass the huge savings on to you.

Our Watches:

  • are brand new, first quality, with all original parts and authentic.
  • have the original manufacturer’s serial numbers intact.
  • are not refurbished, factory seconds, or replica products.
  • have a 1 to 5 year warranty program (see chart for details).

Warranty: All products sold on Jomashop.com are guaranteed authentic. Since JomaDeals.com does not sell its products through the manufacturer’s pricing guidelines; we do not provide the manufacturer’s warranty with the product. Some original packaging may be modified to replace the original warranty as JomaDeals.com is not an authorized dealer. The manufacturer’s warranty is replaced with a JomaDeals.com warranty. In addition some of our watches will have a security strip which can be removed by the customer upon acceptance of the sale of the watch.

While our merchandise is 100% authentic in its manufacturer’s source and components, since we are not an authorized distributor, the warranty of the watches is provided by Jomashop/JomaDeals and not by the manufacturer. See our warranty section below for details.

Watch Warranty

JomaDeals.com will service every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 5 years after purchase. Disclaimer: Our warranty does not cover external damage to the product. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. JomaDeals.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from JomaDeals.com. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

JomaDeals.com‘s warranty doesn’t cover watch batteries, however, we do offer up to a 2 month battery replacement.

Shipping and Item Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS or USPS must conduct an investigation. Please contact JomaDeals.com to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package is not located, UPS and USPS will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued toJomaDeals.com and a replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If that item(s) is/are no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, JomaDeals.com will gladly refund your original payment.

Packaging

In the unlikely event of goods received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. JomaDeals.com reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. JomaDeals.com cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 15 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Jomadeals.com. A return merchandise authorization number can be requested by clicking on the Return/Repair Request Form. Keep your purchase, accessories, serial numbered security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise, or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN. When your order is received, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damage with your purchase or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact JomaDeals.com within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make any necessary corrections. A package that is refused by the customer, or undeliverable, shipping fees will be deducted. For warranty repairs please click here.

Please note: Our Returns Receiving Department will refuse any package that does not have a valid RMA number. There are no exceptions. All returns take about 1 to 2 weeks to process and for credit to be issued. Please ship your parcel back to us Freight Prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured”. Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued. JomaDeals.com always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc., Postal Annex, etc. Note: A signed proof of delivery will be required on all lost package claims. The above guidelines apply to all purchases.
