Playability Toys Return Policy
We stand behind our products completely, but in the unlikely event that you need to return one of our toys, please see the guidelines below:
Returning Merchandise:
We will gladly refund your purchase price, including any shipping and handling charges if your order was damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). You must notify us by telephone (866-204-8863) within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned to us at our cost.
If you wish to return our products for any reason other than damaged or incorrect order, we will refund your purchase excluding shipping charges provided we are notified within 30 days of receipt of the product. The merchandise must be returned to us at your cost in order to receive your refund.
