Air Filters Delivered Return Policy
Must contact Customer Support at 1-877-492-3018 during regular business hours to schedule a return or exchange
All returns must be returned or postmarked no later than 30 days from the original purchase date
Product must be unused and in resalable condition and must include original packaging
Custom, obsolete and discontinued merchandise are not eligible
Returns are subject to a 15% processing fee and will be deducted from the original amount billed. Remaining balance will be credited back to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note, credit card companies may take an additional 2- 10 business days to post the credit back to customer’s account
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
We reserve the right to refuse any returns
Received Incorrect Order: If customer received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Order Error: No charge for exchanges. We will exchange customer order if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges
