JW Walls Return Policy
Fedex is our preferred delivery partner. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a delivery tracking number by email with a link to keep an eye on its progress using theFedex online tracking system.
The maximum delivery time for your wall will depend on where in the world you are, but our customers in Europe (including the UK) can expect to receive their package within 5-7 working days. Customers in the rest of the world should allow 14 working days.
We often do better! We always try and speed things up for you and make sure you get your wall as soon as possible – but we never skip our quality checks. To us, what you get is just as important as when you get it so please know that we will never rush the production of your purchase at the risk of delivering anything other than a perfect JW Wall.
RETURNS POLICY
Have a 100% refund unless you are
completely happy
We only want happy customers and that means our biggest concern is that you are thrilled with your JW Wall. If for any reason you are not, please get in touch straight away so we can help sort out the problem for you.
For a refund you will need to email us to this address to obtain a return code. You will be asked to send your JW Wall back to us in the original packaging and place a note of your name, address and return code inside the box. Once we get your wall back a refund will be completed within 7 days and a credit placed against the original credit or debit card you used to make your purchase.
All ‘returns for refund’ must be made within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. Please note that we are not liable if your wall has not been measured properly.

EXCHANGE
POLICY
If you find you are not happy with your JW Wall for any reason, we will exchange it for you within 14 days. Please get in touch so we can make sure you get a new wall that is perfect for you.
