Electronic Media – PDFs or E-Books
Once purchased and downloaded, electronic media cannot be returned. No refunds.
Paperback Books
If you are unhappy with books you’ve ordered from Four Lights Tiny House Company, please return the books within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll refund your full purchase price. (We cannot refund shipping costs.) Inform us via email that you are returning the book(s), so that we are ready to receive them and promptly issue your refund.

Plans
Once opened, physical sets of plans cannot be returned. Unopened plans can be returned within 30 days. If you wish to return plans that are unopened, please contact us via email, and do not open the plans. If your plans were downloaded from our Digital Delivery provider, they cannot be returned.
Workshops
Any workshop tickets for workshops which include hands-on tickets can be canceled with at least 7 days notice, for a fee of $200.
With less than 7 days notice, we cannot offer a refund; you will be charged full for the workshop. If you must cancel with less than 7 days notice, contact us to discuss alternatives.
Workshop tickets for workshops which are exclusively lecture-format can be cancelled with 72 hours notice, for a fee of $50. With less than 72 hours notice, you will be charged full price for the workshop. Please contact us by email.
