Returns and Exchanges are so damn easy here at Dolls Kill. If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your dog), simply send it back to us within 30 days.

Once we get your returned goods, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with a store credit code. You can use this code to get a different size, color or whatever your heart desires at Dolls Kill! This code will never expire, so take your sweet time finding the perfect item.

 

  • – Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & un-chewed with original tags & packaging).
  • – Swimsuits and intimates are final sale and can not be returned, cuz that’s just gross.
  • – Exchanges can be done using your store credit. Once you get your code, just place a new order at dollskill.com.
  • – Shipping fees will not be credited unless we messed up on our end.
  • – Sale items returned will be given store credit for the purchase price.
  • – Processing returns takes us a few days, so please be a little patient with us.

Bad inflexible new return policy

I used to love shopping from DollsKill, but after i experienced inflexible new return policy from DollsKill, definitely i’m not a fan anymore. They stop option refund to original payment source.
DollsKill products are unstable about quality, a lot of products have problem when i purchase so it will be more comfortable for me before to shop without hesitating too much since i can return if the size or quality is not good and get back my money straight to my bank account. But now when DollsKill only let customers get refund by store credit means i cannot use my money for other purposes, they really trick people to stuck the money with them to buy more stuffs.
It’s very wrong way to trick people. With that policy i will just buy maybe 1 or 2 things in a very long time since i have no more courage to shop there and let me money be frozen in the dam store credit or maybe no more interest to shop there since there’re many other shops with better policies to return things
