OTTE Return Policy
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any items (except items that are final sale) within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise eligible for return must not be worn, altered, or washed with original tags intact. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
Please note, underwear, fragrances, candles and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the merchandise, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please note, all exchanges are based on stock availability. We cannot process your exchange until we receive your original order. While we strive to fulfill orders, all products are dispatched through our retail locationsand processed on a first come first serve basis.
MAKING A RETURN IS EASY – JUST FOLLOW THESE 3 STEPS:
1) Request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by emailing: service@otteny.com
2) Label your return with your RA#. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package. We require that your item is returned within 7 days of receiving your RA#.
3) Please send your package through a courier service with tracking capability. Ship your labeled package to the following address:

To make a return or exchange in one of our retail stores, please email us first at service@otteny.com so that we can notify the store in advance.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
International purchases are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot honor return or exchange requests on international orders at this time.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE
Returns or exchange requests on SALE merchandise will not be accepted.
