1SaleADay.com does not accept returns. For defective merchandise, notify us by filling out the form on our Contact page within 21 days of delivery for an exchange. Please include your order number, the name of the product, the date of purchase, and the issue you are having with the item. If the defective item is out of stock, it can be returned for a full refund.
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Refunds generally show up within 5-7 business days, but on rare occasions they can take up 30 days.

not customer oriented at all
I'm not one to give bad reviews...EVER!! If I ever receive an item I've purchased online, I first contact the seller and resolve the issue. However, I ordered an item from 1saleaday at end of November which was intended to be a Christmas present had it arrived on time. Numerous emails and failed attempts to locate my parcel prior to Christmas proved pointless. When the package finally arrived, the earrings I'd purchased were AWFUL. They appeared "cheap" definitely not worth the money I paid let alone the amount the site states they "cost". I have attempted calling and emailing customer service countless times and there has been no reply. So this is my plan...I will wear the erring, I will take pictures of the the earring and then I will post the pictures along with a description so those of you who haven't been burned by the site will be smart enough to stay away. There are plenty of discounted sites like this one and I have contacted their customer service first prior to make a purchase. And guess what?? An actual person answered the phone for potential questions. Very disappointment with 1saleaday!! Will no longer do business with them!!!
