WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers are only available to customers who select ‘First Class Parcel (Signed for)’ at Checkout. You will not receive this number automatically – however it will be available on request should you have any issues concerning the delivery of your order.

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) depending on the method in which you paid this may take up to 5 working days.
