In Store Returns/Exchange Policy
All return/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt* and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card.
Any amount refunded or credited will be reduced by the pro rata amount of any Perfect Fit® rewards certificates or other savings promotions used to purchase the returned/exchanged merchandise.
All refunds require customer name, address and phone number. Any refunds over $50 for non-credit or debit card purchases which could not be refunded to the original card will be paid to you with a check issued from our corporate offices. If register funds are unavailable for refunds under $50, a check will be issued from our corporate offices. All checks will be issued within 10 (ten) business days.
Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply to special sales. For further details, see Salesterms or speak to management at one of our conveniently-located stores.

Online Returns/Exchange Policy
If you choose to return merchandise to a Men’s Wearhouse store, it must be accompanied with the packing slip from the order. Without the packing slip, we will exchange items at current retail value for merchandise or in-store credit only; valid identification is required.
Returns/exchanges on altered or worn clothing are subject to store management discretion. Perfect Fit members do not need the packing slip if the transaction number is on file.
Special Sales Returns
All offers are subject to availability. Selection varies by store. These offers are valid for new purchases only. Any amounts paid by you related to the purchased item(s) shall be refunded according to the Men’s Wearhouse return policy. Perfect Fit® points are earned only on amounts expended by you in connection with the purchase and are deducted for any returns. Offers valid during sale only. Additional charges apply for Big & Tall sizes.
All Suits, Sport Coats, and Outerwear: Buy One (even on sale) and get the second for $100
Buy any suit, sport coat, or outerwear and get a like item of equal or lesser value for $100. Discount may not be applied to gift center purchases/engravables; Everyday Low Price products, tuxedo rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto; or toward the purchase of gift cards. Discount is not combinable with other promotional offers. If the item purchased at regular retail or sale price is returned, you must either return the $100 item, or if you intend to keep it, pay the remaining value of the current retail price of the second item. If you return the $100 item, $100 will be the amount that is refunded, or that amount can be credited towards another item.
Buy One Get One Free
Buy one select item at its regular retail price and get a second select like item of equal or lesser value for free. Excludes shoes. Discount may not be applied to gift center purchases/engravables; Everyday Low Price products, tuxedo rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto; or toward the purchase of gift cards. Discount is not combinable with other promotional offers. If the purchased item is returned, you must either return the free item or, if you intend to keep it, purchase the free item at its current retail price. The free item can only be exchanged for a like product that is of equal value.
Buy One Get One 50% Off
Buy one specially marked item at its regular retail price, and get a second specially marked like item of equal or lesser value at 50% off. If the higher priced item is returned, you must either return the 50% off discount item or, if you intend to keep it, pay the remaining 50% of the current retail price of the second item. If you return the item that was priced at 50% off, then the 50% off purchase price will be the amount that is refunded, or that 50% off amount can be credited toward another item. Excludes gift center purchases, Everyday Low Price products, tuxedo rentals or the fees and taxes associated thereto,or toward the purchase of gift cards or Twin Hill merchandise.

Offers are only valid on select styles. 50% discount is taken off the regular price of the item.
Buy 2 non-iron dress shirts for $110/Buy 3 non-iron dress shirts for $150
Buy 2 non-iron dress shirts for $110 (big and tall 2 for $120) or 3 non-iron dress shirts for $150 (big and tall 3 for $165). Extra charge applies for French cuff shirts. This offer is only valid for new purchases and cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. If any shirts purchased in connection with this sale are returned, then you must pay the next applicable sales price for the shirts you intend to keep. Or, if you are only keeping one, you must pay the regular retail price. For example, if you purchased 5 non-iron dress shirts for $250, and you return one shirt, you must pay $200 for the shirts you intend to keep, comprising the $150 “3 for” price for 3 of the shirts, and $50 for the fourth shirt. If you return 4 shirts, you must pay the regular retail price for the one shirt you are keeping. If you return all shirts, then any amounts paid by you related to the purchased items shall be refunded according to the Men’s Wearhouse return policy.

Discount is not combinable with other promotional offers. Coupon is not redeemable for cash or credit and may not be applied toward payment of Perfect Fit® credit card account balances. Customers returning items purchased with this coupon will forfeit the amount of the coupon applied to those items; the Men’s Wearhouse return policy will apply to the remainder of the purchase. Return your purchase to our Online Store by using the pre-assigned RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number) and pre-paid Return Shipping Label provided in your original shipping box. Note: Please include specific reasons for the return.
