If for any reason the item you have ordered appears to be faulty or you have changed your mind we do a returns policy. Prior to contacting us first we will ask you to confirm the reason for wanting a return and if it’s faulty we will need to test it for any faults. If the item is tested faulty we will replace the item for you. And if the item is not faulty we will send the item back to you.
