If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days from the original shipping date. Exclusions may apply. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all packing material, manuals, and accessories. If you live in the Chicago area, you can return or exchange your merchandise directly to our store. For directions, click here. No receipt, no problem. Our Computer system will keep a record of your purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. To get a return authorization number log in to your account. We recommend that you use UPS Ground Service “Insured.” If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Abt will arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you before it is picked up.
