We can only accept items for Return or Exchange if they are received back at our retail store within 30 days of the initial shipment.

 

IF YOU MADE AN ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT:

For prompt and efficient return processing, please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Log-in to your account and request a return authorization form. This will verify you are elegible to make the return. Include this form in your return shipment.
  1. Seal box securely and write your name and address clearly on OUTSIDE of box.
  1. Address return shipment to:
    Acadiana Outfitters
    Attn: Returns Department
    4519 W. Highway 90
    New Iberia, LA 70560
  1. Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx so shipment can be tracked, if necessary. Please DO NOT SHIP returned merchandise via United States Postal Service (USPS.)

  1. Place item in original box along with a completed RETURN FORM and a copy of your original packing slip / receipt.
  1. Seal box securely and write your name and address clearly on OUTSIDE of box.
  1. Address return shipment to:

  1. Ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx so shipment can be tracked, if necessary. Please DO NOT SHIPreturned merchandise via United States Postal Service (USPS.)
  2. Your order will be reviewed upon arrival to our store to confirm you are elegible for the return/exchange and that the product is in as-new condition.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Merchandise personalized with icons or embroidery cannot be returned for exchange or credit.
