Adam & Eve’s Return Policy is based on a simple principle – 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed on Every Order.
If you become dissatisfied with an item for any reason whatsoever during the first 90 days of ownership, then you can return the item to us for a replacement, an alternate selection or a full refund.
If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge.
How to Return an Item
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons.
You can return an item online or directly through our customer service department.
To reach a customer service representative, you can fill out your request on the Contact Us page or over the telephone at 1-800-293-4654 at any time.
For faster service, you should print out and complete Our Returns Request Form and have your order number handy. Our trained specialists will walk you through the process and answer any questions you might have.
We’ve also set up an automated return for your convenience and simplified the process into four easy steps.
1. Log In To Your Account
2. Click Return Items on the My Account page.
3. Find the item you want to return and follow the instructions on the page.
4. After submitting the form, one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 8 hours and help you complete the process.
After talking with the customer service representative and determining a course of action, you’ll need to print out and complete Our Returns Request form and include it as well as the item you’re returning.
