1. If you’re not satisfied with the quality or the size of the item, please contact with us within 3 days after you get the package.
You can return the products to us in original package and we will exchange or refund your money after we get the package.
Note: that the buyer should be responsible for the returning and resending shipping cost.
2. For the damage of the products, you’re welcome to contact with us within 3 days after you get the package.
Note: First please send us the pictures of the broken part to the email: orders@airsoftpeak.com so that we can confirm with our suppliers. Thank you so much for your understanding.
After investigating of the issue, we’ll arrange the reshipment or refund you soon.
3. Some items might be broken by improper use, we are always happy to offer any helpful repair. Of course, you can send the broken items to us and we would be glad to help you to resolve the problem with reasonable repair fee.
4. Return Details & Return Address
(1) Please return the package with your order details (order number and your address info) or return the package in original package (we can find your info on it.)
(2) Please contact us for the return address and RMA#, then we will send you a picture with the return address, please print the picture and paste it on the package, the Chinese address is for our postman.
