Can I return or exchange something I bought from American Girl?
We offer a 100% guarantee on all American Girl merchandise. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please return it for an immediate exchange, credit, or refund of the product purchase price. To return an item, simply complete this form and mail your item to:

Return for Canadian Customers
To return an item, simply follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, or you can complete and send in our Return Form. Please contact us if you need assistance exchanging an item. We will promptly provide a refund or merchandise credit for any returned product. A refund is available with your original proof of purchase from American Girl. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. Canada Delivery fees (the costs paid through a customs broker allowing delivery to your door) are refundable when you provide your American Girl order number with your return.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned. If we cannot determine the purchase price, a refund is issued at the current price. Refunds are offered for products that are no longer available. We do not accept returns COD. Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via insured Canada Post mail for your protection. Allow a minimum of five business days for your request to be processed after it has been received.
