Free Return & Exchange Policy: Overview

At Amoro, we.re committed to your Full Satisfaction. That’s why we offer No-Hassle Returns & Exchanges on any US or International Order, providing the simple conditions laid out in this section are followed.

You may return or exchange your Amoro jewelry for any reason within the first 30 days from purchase unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging, please. Domestic US return shipping and insurance is completely free. In the case of International orders, purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, and depending on your instructions, we will promptly issue either a refund or a credit towards other Amoro jewelry purchases.

Instructions for Return or Exchange of a US Domestic Order:

    • Please contact an Amoro Customer Care representative for your prepaid UPS domestic return label. The label will reference an assigned Return Authorization number, which is required.
    • Your return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase date.
    • Jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition and in its original packaging.
    • Return shipping and insurance is absolutely free.
    • In order for the insurance coverage to be prepaid by Amoro, the following two steps are required. Otherwise, the insurance cost will be reverted back to you.
    • Use a secure box; do not use an envelope.
    • Tape our supplied UPS return label to your box, then bring it to an authorized UPS Shipping Center, and obtain a receipt. DO NOT USE A UPS DROP BOX; you must drop off your return at a UPS Service Center and obtain a proof of shipping.
  • Amoro will promptly inspect your return in our service center, usually within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for this credit to actually post to your account.
  • For exchanges, your merchandise credit will be processed within 7 days.
  • Please contact Amoro Customer Care before making any return.
  • Please be advised that Amoro is unable to accept a return without an Amoro-issued Return Authorization number on the UPS label, and that unauthorized returns will be sent back at the owner.s expense.

    • Your return or exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase date.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance charges.
    • In order for insurance coverage to be valid, the following two steps are required:
