Free Shipping to the United States with NO order minimum
Apollo Box is proud to offer free standard shipping to the United States on every order with no order minimum. Shipping to Canada is available for an additional $25.

How long is the delivery time for my order?
If you choose standard shipping (default), your order will be delivered within 3-9 business days.
Or you can also choose Priority shipping (add $7.5), your order will be delivered within a week or less. Priority shipping fee is not refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Shipped
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please contact us and we will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable.

Having second thoughts? No worries! Returns/Exchange is simple!
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date for any reason(unless otherwise noted on the product page). Just email contact@theapollobox.com with your order details and we’ll send you the return instructions. Or we can also do an exchange of your item(s).

Returned items should be unused and in the original packaging, including tags, booklets, and labels. Items must not be worn, altered or damaged. Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived damaged, defective or wrong item shipped. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstance does Apollo Box reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Does my purchase carry a warranty?
Most of our products have 6 to 12 months warranty. Warranty details can be found on the product page.

Can I tell you what my preferences are?
Absolutely! Your feedback is always welcome. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this moment.But we are working on international shipping.
