Christmas gift returns
We’ve extended our returns window over Christmas. Items purchased from 16 October 2019 can be returned up until 25 January 2020.

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items…we’re nice like that!
You can return most things to any Argos store. If you got your stuff delivered (excluding Tu clothing), we can collect it free and refund your original delivery charge.
You can also return your stuff to a Sainsbury’s collection point if this was your original collection location.
When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as store receipt or confirmation email.
Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:
- unused (with any tags still attached)
- in original packaging
- in a resaleable condition
We’ll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
