Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, call us toll free at 1-800-869-3011 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

All “Free Shipping Offers” will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.

The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

AutoGeek covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or AutoGeek error will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.

Covercraft: Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on the following car cover fabrics: Form Fit, WeatherShield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Sunbrella. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items, including ready-fit car covers, Canine Covers, pet products, and Seat Gloves.

Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.

Garage Mats: Item can be returned, ONLY if it is in the original packaging and in resalable condition as new. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue you credit for the amount of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. This item can not returned if mat has been installed or used. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will also be charged on all returned Tornador Car Cleaning Tools

Hot water extractors, steamers, and the Rebel Auto Detailing Supply Carts are non-returnable.
