Satisfaction Guarantee

At BabyBrowns your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the original purchase price or exchange your purchase for an item of equal or greater value within 30 days of the original order. If the item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the original purchase price will be applied as a credit to the new purchase price and you will be charged for the difference. No returns or exchanges will be allowed beyond 30 days unless you have contacted our Customer Service Department in advance of the 30 day limit and we have authorized an extension.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account at BabyBrowns.com, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

All returned merchandise must be in its original, resalable condition, including attached tags, for a full refund or exchange. If we determine an item has been used, it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, or if we determine it is not resalable it will be returned at your expense and no credit will be given.

The cost to ship the returned or exchanged merchandise back to BabyBrowns is your responsibility. We highly recommend that you insure packages being returned to us to limit your liability. You are responsible for any lost or damaged items in shipping. If we have sent the wrong item to you or the item has arrived in a defective or damaged condition, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for the cost to have the item shipped back to us.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted on any special order, custom made, personalized, or close-out/clearance merchandise. If any of these are returned, they will be sent back at your expense and no credit will be given.

If you received free shipping on the original purchase and the item is returned, you will receive a credit for the original purchase price minus the actual shipping costs. If you received free shipping on the original sale and the item is exchanged for an item of greater value, you will receive a credit minus the actual shipping costs. The exchanged item may or may not be charged shipping depending upon whether the new item purchased is eligible for free shipping or not.

Please allow BabyBrowns up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange once your merchandise has been received. If your account is being credited, we will confirm with you when the credit has been processed.


Special Order Items

Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings and other made-to-order items are crafted to your personal specifications and absolutely cannot be returned. They require payment in full upon order. You can cancel a special order item within one day of order date. Most items that qualify as special order are noted on the product’s page.

Defective Merchandise

If your item has a defect, please contact us immediatly to report it. We will issue an RMA number. All defects must be reported within 2 days of receiving the items or we may be unable to assist you in repairing or returning your product.
