banggood is a scam - beware!!! I received the product that was disassembled and many parts were missing. When I tried to return, they bugged me to send pictures with product sku number that they said was invalid, also many times asked to resend videos of the product and each time replied the video was poorly made. I had to charge back the money through my bank. Avoid using banggood for anything. It's a scam
We recently bought two EMax toy drones. I needed to send one back, unopened. After a lengthy (almost a week) conversation via their website, I finally got an RMA. Turns out the product has to be shipped back to China. Shipping to China will cost more than the drone. So Yes, they do accept returns if you are persistent but the returns aren't worth it. This drone was ordered, shipped, and delivered in the US.
I ordered a 1" valve, I got an 3/4". It is too small for my use.
Banggood refuses to send the one I ordered and refuse to refund the full amount. They offer only 50%. But they admitted that it was their fault and they are deeply sorry. That really helps a lot.
The quality of all of the merchandise is poor and not as displayed.
