How do I return my order?
We hope you will not find any reason to return your products, but if you do, we back all of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. (Your guarantee period may be more than 30 days if you ordered certain products during a special promotion). Simply call Customer Service to get your Return Authorization number to return it for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

Money-back guarantees start at the date of delivery. Returns must be postmarked within money back guarantee period, so call us within that time period at 1-800-207-0420 for a return authorization number (RA #) and instructions. Remember that while the cost of product is refundable, shipping and handling is not. We are available Monday – Friday 6 am – 6 pm, Saturday 7 am – 3 pm, and Sunday 7 am – 3pm (all times Pacific).
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS (please read carefully):
1. Call us for an RA# at the phone number above. Write your RA# on your return label sticker. For your convenience, a return label sticker is included at the bottom of the packing slip with the return address and a space to write your RA #.
2. Circle the items you’re returning on your packing slip.
3. Box the items you’re returning along with the packing slip, and attach the return label sticker to the box.
4. Return the box using any carrier you wish (US Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.). Just peel off the return label sticker from the packing slip and affix it to the outside of the box. This is not a postage-paid label, return postage is your responsibility.
5. We recommend you insure the package and retain your receipt or tracking number for your records. Beachbody is not responsible for lost packages.
6. We process all returns within 7 days of receipt of merchandise in our warehouse. Please allow 30 days to see the refund on your monthly credit card statement.
7. Late returns, returns without an RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not accepted.
Note: Tax is charged both on product cost and S&H cost. The tax applied to the product cost is refundable. Canadian residents are charged 7% GST on the sub-total of their orders. This GST is refundable upon return of the order.
