Beautifulhalo.com sticks to tenet of “quality first, customer foremost”. We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our cancellation policy and return policy.

Regarding to the problems not mentioned below, please email to support@beautifulhalo.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation before payment

1.Sign into “My Account” and click on “My Orders”.
2.Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3.Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.

Cancellation after payment

Please note that we may offer corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on different product category.

● For Clothing Category:

– Orders cancelled before shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

● For Shoes, Accessories Category:

– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

● For Lighting Category:

– Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
– Orders cancelled beyond 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 60% of product purchase price.
– Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Tips:

1. The deductions are for restocking/processing fees.
2. For Clothing, Shoes, Accessories,Lighting Category, you’ll get an extra 5% of product purchase price if you agree to have the refund back into your Beautifulhalo account.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package, and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.
We cannot accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped.

Specific Return Policy

● For Clothing Category:

Attention

1. If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can e-mail to support@beautifulhalo.com to request a RETURN or EXCHANGE within 15 days

2. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.

3. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.

4. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.

5. If you have any problem not stated above, please e-mail to support@beautifulhalo.com within 15 days from the delivered date, including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

Note:

1. Deviation within 2cm is in normal range. And color may vary by monitor.

2. One-size items, items of socks, tights, intimate apparel and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Returned items should be received unworn, unwashed, unaltered; without the smell of any perfume; with tags intact and attached; in original package.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam to allow minor modifications.

Size Deviation

If by any chance the actual size of your dress differs from the information of your order by more than 1 inch, we encourage you to go for a local tailor for alterations. And we are glad to compensate you for up to 100% for your tailoring cost. Please remember to request a receipt from the tailor and hold it as a copy, as it must be provided when requiring compensation. You can also send the dress back to us at your own cost, we are willing to offer a free resizing service or a partial/full refund.

Sizes are correct but unfit

Please understand that the dresses which matches the information of your order but does not fit your body perfectly cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, re-sizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped Items

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

● For Shoes Category:

Attention

1. Contact Customer Service within 30 days from the delivered date. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

2. Returned items should be received unworn, unwashed, unaltered; without the smell of any perfume; with tags intact and attached; in original package.

3. Items of socks, tights, intimate apparel and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

1. One-size items are not available for exchange/return. Please note that one-size item is not suit for everyone. You do need to confirm the sizes carefully before placing the order (size information will be shown on product page).

2. If the item you received does not perfectly fit you then you can exchange to the right size. You need to send the item back at your own cost, and we will reship the right one as soon as the original one is received.

Color Mismatch

3. Items of accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:

1. You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange (accessories excluded) if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.

2. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Return Process

● We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
