Beauty Bridge gladly accepts returns for products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the SHIP date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we DO NOT refund original shipping costs with the return (minimum $3.95).

The purchaser must acquire a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at  1-866-830-6161 or by filling out the form below prior returning any item.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in its original state; the seal should not be tampered with in any way. You must include all parts, pieces and printed materials that come with the product(s).

In instances that you used the product or if any problems occur and you believe that the product(s) caused it, you have the same 30-day grace period (upon SHIP date) to return the items. The contents of the product(s) should be 3/4 Full. We DO NOT credit back items that are almost empty. We will not accept any returns in which the reason for the return is something beyond our control such as mishandling and/or misuse of product(s), tampering, etc. A re-stocking fee (15% of the actual cost of the product) is to be deducted from the purchaser’s account if the product returned is used, tampered, opened or missing any parts, pieces and printed materials that originally come with the products. Please also note that if coupon(s) were used, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

A copy of your invoice should be sent together with the item that you are returning. Please indicate in the lower portion of your invoice with a brief explanation of why you are returning the product. When returning an item use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately up to 7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Refused delivery shipments that are returned to Beauty Bridge will be assessed up to $20 non-delivery fees plus shipping.

After the grace period, we can no longer accept the returns.

For the case that we shipped an incorrect product(s) or the product(s) is damaged in shipping. Please notify us immediately via email or call  1-866-830-6161. We will immediately re-ship the replacement(s) at no additional shipping charge to you along with return label (if applicable). Once you receive the new item(s), please use the return label to return the incorrect product(s) or damaged item(s) back to us to avoid the charge for the replacement(s).

Note: Due to individual manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to accept used/tampered returns on specific products (e.g. Fragrances which includes EDT, EDP and Perfume Oil, All Hair Products, Joey New York, Bare Escentuals, Jane Iredale, Peter Thomas Roth and SkinMedica).These particular manufacturers are excluded from Beauty Bridge’s return policy.
