If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Returns/Exchanges received after 30 days are subject to a $15 re-stocking fee for each item. Merchandise will not be accepted for a refund/exchange after 60 days. Returns/Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Original shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded. However, the exchange shipping and handling fee will be waived one time per order. You will be charged the shipping fee on your order if any eligible item(s) for FREE shipping are returned, bringing the total below the specified amount in order to receive the free shipping.

All Final Sale items CANNOT be Returned/Exchanged.

If you return any items purchased as part of a discount/offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly. If payment is due, please send a check, money order, or fill out the credit card information on the bottom of the return. A credit will be issued back in the form of original payment.

When trying on a wig, please wear a wig cap liner at all times to protect your natural hair and the condition of the wig.

Be sure to understand the following criteria prior to sending back your merchandise. There are NO exceptions.

ALL “Final Sale/Closeout” items CANNOT be returned or exchanged
ALL accessories are FINAL SALE items

Beautytrends has the right to refuse the refund/exchange on any items based on the following reasons:

• The merchandise is not in its original state. We will not accept items that have been used/worn, have loosened curls, large tangles, has been cut/damaged, or emits odor.
• Pieces of the product are missing.
• It is a final sale/closeout item.
• It is past the acceptable return period of 60 days.
• Original tags and packaging are missing or damaged.
