Bebe Return Policy
We want you to love your new purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise purchased from bebe.com by mail or to a bebe store within 21 days from the date received for a full refund. You may return merchandise purchased in-store to any bebe store in the country where it was purchased within 21 days of purchase for a full refund.
Please note that final sale items with prices ending in $.99, bridal collection items and gift cards are non-refundable in-store or online. Purchases made in a bebe store cannot be returned by shipment to bebe’s online returns address. Returned merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip if purchased from bebe.com or the receipt if purchased in-store.

RETURN A bebe.com ORDER BY SHIPPING
Any bebe.com merchandise returned to our online returns address must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment. Final sale items with prices ending in $.99, bridal collection items and gift cards may not be returned.
Please select the “Reason Code for Return” from the list at the bottom left of your packing slip and write the number in the “Return Code” column next to each item. If you no longer have your packing slip, you may print a copy of your invoice from My Account on bebe.com. The shipping carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as bebe is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts. If your order was purchased through PayPal, the PayPal account will be credited for your return. If your order was purchased with a gift card or store credit (MRC), your refund will be issued to the original card. If you no longer have the card, please Contact Us. If your order was purchased with a gift card or store credit (MRC) and PayPal, your PayPal refund will be issued first. If your order was purchased with a gift card and a credit card, your credit card refund will be issued first.

RETURN A bebe.com ORDER TO A bebe STORE
You may return your bebe.com purchase at any U.S. bebe store within 21 days from the date received for a full refund. Final sale items with prices ending in $.99, bridal collection items and gift cards may not be returned. Please bring the following with you to the store:
1. Your new, unworn item(s) with all tags attached.
2. Your packing slip or invoice. If you no longer have the invoice, you may print a copy from the My Account section of bebe.com.
3. The form of payment used for the original purchase. The return will be refunded to the original form of payment (unless you ordered with PayPal), minus shipping and handling.
If you ordered with PayPal or don’t have your original form of payment, you will receive a store credit (MRC) redeemable at any bebe or 2b store, on bebe.com or on 2bstores.com. If your order was purchased with a gift card and a credit card, your credit card refund will be issued first.
If you are returning a gift, please include the packing slip provided in your package. You will be issued a store credit (MRC) equal to the value of the item at time of purchase. This credit may be used at any bebe or 2b store, on bebe.com or on 2bstores.com.

You may return merchandise purchased in a U.S. bebe store to any U.S. bebe store within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Return merchandise purchased in a Canadian bebe store to any Canadian bebe store location. Final sale items with prices ending in $.99, bridal collection items and gift cards may not be returned. Please note that if you ordered bebe merchandise in-store and had it shipped to you, you will need to make your return at the store where the order was placed. Purchases made in a bebe store cannot be returned by shipment to bebe’s online returns address.
