BeltOutlet.com keeps returns and exchanges hassle-free! If you are not completely satisfied with your BeltOutlet.com purchase, exchange or return it within 30 days for a new product or refund, or within 90 days for store credit. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Please use the portal below to begin you free return.

Please be mindful that items should be returned in their original product package and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used or damaged). If the item is not in “like-new” condition, please contact our Customer Service team before returning.

RETURN ITEMS

At this time, we are only able to offer free returns to domestic U.S. customers.

If you are exchanging an item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you at our expense once we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that we cannot guarantee fit. Although we make every effort to provide accurate size charts and information for our products, sizing can vary by manufacturer and may not fit as you expect. In those cases, you are welcome to return the items to us Free of Charge and we will ship you a different size at our expense.

We process most returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package. Please note that returns with a product value of over $150, luggage, and refused packages may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Custom items are not refundable.

Volume sales may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. If you are a volume sales customer please contact our Customer Service team to facilitate your return.
