Berg’s Ski Shop Return Policy
If for any reason you not completely safisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition, with original tags attached for a full refund of the product. Items that are returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- All clothing must be clean and unwashed with original tags attached – no pet hair, smoke odors, or make-up stains.
- We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
- Credits will be issued after our shop receives, inspects, and processes your return.
- Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your bank statement.
- To make an exchange please call us at 1-800-800-1953 to verify available of the item you would like to exchange.
To make a return by mail:
- Include a copy of your order
- Reason for your return
- Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a bankcard credit
- Write the order# clearly on the outside of the box and ship to:
