Are myblu™ Liquidpods, disposables and blu Tank™ systems covered under the warranty?

No. myblu™ Liquidpods, blu Tank™ systems and disposable products are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange. Contact Customer Service if you have any questions regarding your product.

Can I get my money back if I have a faulty product?

All sales are final. If covered by the warranty, you are eligible to receive replacement parts only.

How long does the myCARE™ warranty last?

Eligible purchasers in the United States who register for the myCARE™ Warranty may switch out their myblu device if defective up to three times in a given one-year (12-month) period for a total of five years. At the end of that five year term you must re-register. Our Customer Service team can help you out with this.

How do I return a package?

Electronic components are covered by our limited 1-year warranty. If any of these items are defective during the warranty period, you can exchange it for an operational one at no extra cost. Complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online. If you don’t have a blu.com account, you’ll be asked to create one.

How do I return or replace faulty products covered by your warranty?

If I buy your product from a third party, will I be covered by your warranty?

The blu one-year warranty only applies to products purchased directly from www.blu.com and our certified retailers.

Is it possible to void the warranty?

Yes. If the product is used with non blu-certified products, used for commercial purposes, damaged by wear-and-tear, misuse, abuse or negligence, or accidentally damaged or tampered with, the warranty will be voided.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

Our Customer Service team are happy to help with any query you may have regarding incomplete, incorrect or damaged items.

What is the blu One-Year Warranty (U.S. retail and online orders only)?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee to the original purchaser that our electronic components shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the products under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your blu® pack, battery, or charger, complete our online Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. If you don’t have a blucigs.com account, you’ll be asked to create one. If your product needs to be returned to us, we’ll send a prepaid envelope for shipping. Your replacement product typically leaves our warehouse within two (2) business days of the approval of your return. Your request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. All sales are final. Disposable products are NOT eligible for replacement or exchange.
