BodyRock Sport Return Policy
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) and receipt within 14 days of receipt if your order qualifies for a full refund or exchange. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at customerservice@bodyrocksport.net and include the order number, style, color and size. We will then send you a Return Authorization. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for processing. BodyRock Sport is not liable for any returns made without a Return Authorization. All eligible and approved items will be accepted within (14) days of the item delivery date. Socks, accessories and sale items are not eligible for return. All orders with a promo code used are considered as a sale.
In all cases, products must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Upon receipt of merchandise, returned items will be inspected for signs of wear. If confirmed to be unworn & in
original packaging as per the BodyRock Sport return policy, we will process the exchange or issue credit to
your account within 10 days. Return credit will be issued via the original method of payment less shipping expense. Any return shipments found to contain goods without original packaging or with evidence of wear will be rejected and returned to customer at the customerʼs expense.
