We aim for complete customer satisfaction and are confident that you will be fully satisfied by your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return them to us within 14 days after purchase.

The following terms apply to all returns:

  • An original receipt is required for all returns.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Any book that is returned with obvious signs of use will be refunded a maximum of 50%.
  • Returns will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender. If paying by credit card or via PayPal, a credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
  • You may return products within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage. We are unable to provide return labels for shipping returns back to us.
  • Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

How to Return Products

If you decide to return a product and meet all the terms listed above, please send us an email at returns@browncookie.com. In this email please provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A copy of your sales receipt
  • A statement of whether you would like an exchange or a refund
