What is your return policy?

  • You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
  • No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved. View your order details to request a return and get your prepaid shipping label. You can also return your items at a Happy Returns bar, look for a location near you here
  • All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
  • ALL DISCOUNTS OVER 30% ARE FINAL SALE and will be labeled as such on the product page, in your shopping bag, and during checkout. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance.
  • All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
    • Items marked final sale
    • Gloves and arm warmers
    • Socks and leg warmers
    • Headbands
    • Water Bottles
    • Lingerie
    • Hair Ties
  • Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.
  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How do I return an item?

  • U.S. by Mail
    • STEP 1 Go to your Order History to start a return. Make sure you are logged into your account.
    • STEP 2 Select Request Return.
    • STEP 3 Fill out the return form and select to Submit Request.
    • STEP 4 Check your inbox for a Pre-Paid Shipping Label. If you have not received one after submitting your request, please check your junk folder. Still missing? Contact customercare@carbon38.com.
  • U.S. in Person
    • Carbon38 and Happy Returns are partnering to offer in-person returns. Happy Returns is a convenient, no-hassle way for Carbon38 customers to return online purchases. You can find the nearest Happy Returns bar here
    • Bring your order number along with the product(s) you’d like to return. Returns will be processed immediately on-site, and can be issued as store credit or as a refund to the account used to make the original purchase.
  • INTERNATIONAL

Do I have to pay to return an item?

  • We offer free returns for domestic orders within the US and we will provide you a prepaid return label via email
  • For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Carbon38. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
