Everywhere Chair Return Policy
We want you to love your purchases, and we offer a limited 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee returns policy. For returns on items that are not damaged or defective, pleasecontact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item to us. If you want us to provide the return shipping label, please tell us in your email or over the phone. You will receive a refund to your original credit card or PayPal account for your order total minus any shipping charges incurred in delivering or returning your order.
Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition, with original packaging. Items returned without orginal packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned in a used condition, or abused in any way, will either be returned at customer expense or charged a auction resale fee. Some items incur a 10% – 25% restocking fee for returns. Any order over $1000 will automatically incur a 15% mandatory restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, for return of non defective merchandise. This does not apply to incorrect orders or defective merchandise. We may require a photograph of the defect or damage.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Be sure to keep the box and all packing materials. We will make arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you free of charge, and will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item (also at no cost to you).
Exceptions: Personalized items cannot be returned. This means that if a sling is personalized, then it cannot be returned. However, the sling is removeable, and the chair frame can be returned if desired for a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of a replacement sling.
