Chamilia Return Policy

For any items purchased at chamilia.com, you have the right to return your shipment within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot make any returns for items purchased from other online stores or from local Chamilia retailers .

It is currently not possible to exchange/replace an item(s) for a different article. To do so, a new order must be placed online and you will be refunded automatically with the amount of purchase. If you are a gift recipient of this article, the original buyer will be refunded.

Please use the peel-off label attached to the delivery slip for your return parcel and send by standard uninsured mail. Keep a copy of your postal transaction for your own reference purposes.

Please note that once a voucher has been used, it cannot be refunded. The amount refunded for purchases made with a voucher will be reduced by the voucher value.

All products purchased from the Online Shop may not be returned to local Chamilia retailers. To return any items purchased from other online stores or from local Chamilia retailers , please contact the specific merchant for their individual return policies and procedures.

Please note that our policy is to credit your account for returned products. You will not receive a replacement product by mail unless a new order is placed via our Online Shop.

For Product Starter Sets: In case your exercise your right of withdrawal according to the Terms and Conditions, kindly note that Operator does not accept returns of single pieces out of a Starter Set but only the whole Set.

If you wish to return a bead within the 4for3 Promotion which has been provided free of charge (“free bead”), no refund for this bead will be granted. If you wish to return one or all beads within the 4for3 Promotion you paid for, the regular price of the free bead or of the free bead(s) with the cheapest price will be deducted from the purchase price as calculation basis for the refund.

In case of the return of an item sold in accordance with a promotion, the promotion will no longer be valid if the conditions are no longer fulfilled. Accordingly, items that were received for free due to a promotion, will be debited accordingly in case the conditions are no longer fulfilled.
