Chinese Laundry Return Policy
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, your unworn items may be returned within 30 days of the date printed on the receipt. Due to the fact that chineselaundry.com and Chinese Laundry Storesoperate separately, we are not able to accept online returns at our retail locations. Please include the packing slip along with your shoes, specifying that you would like a refund. Upon receipt of your package we will confirm your refund has been processed via e-mail. Shipping is non-refundable; we are not able to make exceptions to this due to the high cost of shipping. We guarantee against manufacturer’s defects within 60 days of purchase, this does not cover normal wear and tear.
RETURN SHIPPING is not included in the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION. Customers electing to return their purchase for either a credit or exchange will be required to return the product at their own expense. No exceptions!
