Didn’t Fit?  Not what you expected?  No Problem.  At Climb High we offer quick, easy, and FREE returns.  We offer a 30 day full refund return policy for items that are returned in new conditions (with tags please).  After 30 days you can exchange an item or get store credit for any reason.

Shop with confidence, FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, Climb High will accept returns for a full refund including shipping costs within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and sales receipt. Items in “new condition” returned after 30 days or without a sales receipt will receive store credit. Please contact us for return instructions.

Please note: All Climbing Equipment purchases are final. We do not accept any returns as we cannot certify the safety of the equipment.

Our inventory changes daily. To expedite an exchange, first place a new order for the item or items you want. Then mail the unwanted item or items back for a refund or credit.
